Tables are 18+ and meet in public, baby-friendly spots. You're always responsible for your own little one. Trust your gut, if something feels off, you don't have to stay.

If someone makes a table feel unsafe or unwelcome, tell us at support@samestart.com. We read every report and we'll step in, including removing people who make SameStart worse for everyone.

Group and area chats are for sorting plans and saying hi. No spam, no selling, no recruiting, no pile-ons. Just be the person you'd want in the group.

When you book a table, a small group is counting on you. Plans change, babies happen , just cancel as early as you can so someone else can take the seat.

Everyone here is doing the new-mum thing at the same time as you. Lead with warmth. No judging anyone's birth, feeding, sleep or parenting choices, there's enough of that out there already.

What's shared at the table stays at the table. Don't pass on someone's details, story or photos without asking them first.
